At the invitation of the Israeli embassy we took part in a meeting with Minister Yoav Galant, who is responsible for Aliyah and Integration. He was interested in the current outlook for Jewish life in Germany. In the conversation we explained, among other things, that although we understand the Israeli-German relationship against its historical background, it should be nourished by shared interests in the here and now.
