Address “Justice pour Sarah Halimi” in front of the French Embassy,

The speech by the chairman of WerteInitiative – jüdisch-deutsche Positionen e.V., Elio Adler, on the occasion of a mourning and solidarity rally for the murdered Jewish woman Sara Halimi in front of the French Embassy in Berlin. She was killed by a perpetrator with Islamist motives out of hatred of Jews. We object to the fact that attempts are often made to “depoliticise” such acts, that perpetrators are portrayed as isolated deranged individuals and that the antisemitism in their acts is played down.
