In his new book “Operation Allah”, the expert on Islam, bestselling author and recipient of the Federal Cross of Merit 2022, Ahmad Mansour, examines political Islam within our democratic structures and argues for a European-shaped Islam with democratic values.

About our guest:
Ahmad Mansour is a graduate psychologist and author from Berlin. Born in Kfar Saba in 1976, he holds Israeli and German citizenship. In 2018 Mansour founded an initiative for the promotion of democracy and the prevention of extremism, which carries out various projects in the fields of education and integration as well as in prisons. Mansour is also persistently committed against antisemitism. In 2015 his book »Generation Allah. Warum wir im Kampf gegen religiösen Extremismus umdenken müssen« appeared, followed in August 2018 by »Klartext zur Integration – Gegen falsche Toleranz und Panikmache«. His third book »Solidarisch Sein! Gegen Rassismus, Antisemitismus und Hass« appeared in October 2020.
