In conversation with Max Doehlemann and Elio Adler, Mr Pemp made clear how keenly aware he is of the relevance of the subject for society as a whole. In the conversation we discussed in detail the possibilities of making greater use of Section 46(2) StGB, which can indeed be applied as an “FDGO shield”, but whose application also causes a number of practical and legal problems for the police and the judiciary.
