Following WI research: criminal complaints and investigation proceedings against the doctor and former AfD official Klaus Eikemeier from Hanover.
After WerteInitiative made public on 29 November 2019 that the physician Dr Klaus Eikemeier had written a profoundly antisemitic book and runs a website that is in no way inferior to it, several people, alongside some of our members, filed criminal complaints against the practising doctor. The Hanover public prosecutor’s office has now opened an investigation. He resigned from his post on the board of the AfD group Hannover-Land-Ost shortly after our publication.
A piquant detail: the doctor himself is now attempting to misuse the attention currently directed at him in order to advertise the pieces published on his website in his customary style. He claims to the media that the website is “also satirical”. Selling antisemitism and incitement to hatred as satire must not be given legal legitimacy. This is all the less credible because in his book “Die neue Philosophie im 3. Jahrtausend” the doctor repeatedly offers up degrading and antisemitic content. He is no blank slate when it comes to such antisemitic statements: according to information from the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung and the Neue Presse, this is not Eikemeier’s first contact with the justice system. In 2012 he insulted the former President of the Zentralrat der Juden, Charlotte Knobloch, in antisemitic terms. Photographs also appear to show the doctor taking part in a far-right march in Bad Nenndorf, Lower Saxony.
We very much hope that the public prosecutor’s office takes the case seriously and that the doctor is convicted. Antisemitism and incitement to hatred must not be treated as trivial offences. Should he be convicted, the doctor must be stripped of his licence to treat patients.

Dr Klaus Eikemeier, MD, holds that we Jews are, among other things, “parasitic Jewish rats”. Alongside his general and homeopathic practice in Hanover (www.dr-eikemeier-hannover.de) the Hanover doctor runs a website whose hatred of Jews and conspiracy theories are in no way inferior to those of the “Stürmer” (www.der-reformator.com).
On his website Dr Eikemeier claims, for example, that the American Jewish presidential contender Michael Bloomberg is a “shitter” and a “Wall Street bankster”. Alongside this one sees a defaced photograph of Bloomberg with a Star of David mounted on his forehead and skulls placed beside him. Only one of many examples on this hate website.
On his website he also promotes a book he wrote in 2017, “Die neue Philosophie im 3. Jahrtausend”, a 350-page pamphlet distributed conspiratorially. In it he “knows”:
“Politicians are – as in every field – merely Jewish arse-lickers. That is the root of all evil”, and further: “Our German people, too, wanted to escape financial terror and paid dearly for it. These parasitic Jewish and Zionist rats tried (…) to smash Germany’s economic supremacy in the First and Second World Wars.”.
There are countless such antisemitic, misanthropic quotations. Again and again one also finds passages that evidently point to links with the so-called “Reichsbürger” milieu.
The authorities in Hanover have known of the existence of the website and of the book for some weeks. D. Kohn, board member of WerteInitiative, comments: “We have no understanding whatsoever for why the exposure of this doctor’s machinations has so far led to no prosecution by the authorities. It is precisely such people who are the intellectual arsonists behind the attacks in Halle, Pittsburgh and Poway.”
Producing a book, like producing a website, is not something one can accomplish entirely alone. There must therefore have been people in the know, and thus accomplices, who helped over the years or at the very least actively looked away. It is hard to imagine that Mr Eikemeier’s views and activities were known to him alone, and intensive investigations are therefore required here.
And there is more: since February 2019 Dr Eikemeier has sat on the board of the AfD association Hannover-Land-Ost (www.afd-hannover-land-ost.de/vorstand). Further evidence of the kind of people for whom this party is a rallying point.
In such cases WerteInitiative calls for swift criminal prosecution, among other things for incitement to hatred, for a ban on practising as a doctor, for the blocking of the website der-reformator.com and for the confiscation of his book. It must furthermore be examined why Mr Eikemeier’s activities did not come to notice earlier and why the authorities did not intervene long ago. There will certainly be a number of others who live and act according to such a mindset. These people must be identified at an early stage and their machinations against the free democratic basic order brought to an end.
UPDATE:
The Hanover public prosecutor’s office apparently intends to discontinue the proceedings, since one element of the offence of incitement to hatred is that public dissemination must have taken place – and this is unclear here, as there are no findings as to whether and where Mr Eikemeier’s book was distributed.
We are further specifying the press release of two hours ago concerning the profoundly antisemitic statements of the doctor Dr Enkemeier:
Dr Eikemeier did not, in the same paragraph, apply the term “faecal creatures” to Jews, but to “religious leaders, politicians and others obsessed with power from the media, banks and stock exchanges”. The latter, however, he describes as “Zionist fraud institutions”.
About Jews, however, he has this further to report:
“How do you recognise the new, invisible Jewish tyranny? 1. They blackmail the peoples with interest payments, 2. They incite peoples or population groups against one another (migrants against Germans), 3. They disarm the Germans, 4. They have abolished conscription and founded a mercenary army, 5. They buy or blackmail politicians, 6. They manipulate and lie through the mass media, 7. They steal production facilities and public institutions (hospitals, the federal railway, motorways) through banks and stock exchanges, 8. They create guilt complexes through historical lies, 9. Alcohol, drug and computer addiction/criminality, 10. Surveillance state, 11. Abolish cash” (p. 217)
Jews are furthermore “parasitic Jewish and Zionist rats”
Our German people, too, wanted to escape financial terror and paid dearly for it. These parasitic Jewish and Zionist rats tried (…) to smash Germany’s economic supremacy in the First and Second World Wars.” (p. 152)
“Politicians are – as in every field – merely Jewish arse-lickers. That is the root of all evil.” (p. 148)
“We must make it clear to these Zionist monstrosities that we will not tolerate slaveholding in any form whatsoever. ” (p. 156)
“Germany has made its contribution, through its shrinking population, to relieving the overpopulation of the earth.” (p. 175)
In our view this is one of the most unambiguous cases of antisemitic rhetoric, and it must not be allowed to stand!
