In the middle of the last sitting week we met with the member of the Bundestag, Benjamin Strasser. Since this legislative period he has been Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Justice. Mr Strasser has for years been an expert on many of “our” topics, so that our conversation covered a great breadth of subject matter. The conversation thus took us from the legal options for acting against disinformation to the federal government’s handling of Kuwait Airways, which also acts antisemitically on German soil. We are glad that such a great supporter of Jewish life in Germany is now working in such an important role, and we wish him every success in implementing his ideas!
