The Janusz-Korczak-Haus Berlin and J-ArtEck are partner organisations of the Europäische Janusz Korczak Akademie (European Janusz Korczak Academy) (EJKA). The Janusz-Korczak-Haus Berlin was opened in 2015 and coordinates the activities of the EJKA in the capital and in Brandenburg. In addition, the academy offers leadership courses as well as painting and theatre workshops and organises exhibitions and lectures. Ms Ella Nilova holds a degree in education and is the director of the Janusz-Korczak-Haus Berlin. She also heads the project Jüdisches ArtEck, the youth education centre for children and young people from Israel, Germany, Russia and the USA.
