The Jüdische Studierendenunion Deutschland – JSUD (Jewish Student Union of Germany) has been, since 2016, the political representation of the interests of young Jewish women and men between the ages of 18 and 35 and is organised under the umbrella of the Zentralrat der Juden in Deutschland (Central Council of Jews in Germany). The JSUD gives a place to the need for political offerings and joint work for young Jewish adults and is concerned with joint political work and representation of interests. It holds extensive programmes and projects across Germany, organises and carries out campaigns and events and also cooperates in many ways internationally with Jewish student organisations.
