Minorities in Germany sometimes have more in common than it might appear – and this is certainly true of the Kurdish and the Jewish communities. They are connected not only by values, but also by shared threats such as political Islam.
In this episode of the WI-Talk we welcome the chairman of the Kurdische Gemeinde Deutschland (Kurdish Community of Germany): Ali Ertan Toprak is a well-known voice against political Islam, a member of the German federal government’s advisory circle and a „natural ally“ of his Jewish friends, as he puts it himself.
